What to expect:
Join Emily Rose and Paige for 2 hours of self-care and deep relaxation. They will lead you through effortless yin postures in which props support your body for full liberation. In each posture, they will offer 1-2 minutes of Thai Bodywork tailored to you that day. Pressure along energy lines will create a profound sense of relaxation and energetic cleansing. Enjoy surrendering into Yin postures while Thai Bodywork deepens the experience of the pose. We will close the evening with an extended savasana offering you the opportunity to soak up the benefits of this practice. In this unique atmosphere you'll contribute to the collective group energy making the experience more powerful and transformative for all. You'll leave feeling opened, relaxed, and renewed.

AFTER STEPPING ONTO THE MAT IN 2004, EMILY ROSE HAS BEEN NO STRANGER TO THE MENTALLY, PHYSICALLY, AND SPIRITUALLY HEALING POWERS OF YOGA. EMILY ROSE HAS SHARED HER LOVE OF TEACHING YOGA INTERNATIONALLY IN CHINA, FRANCE, SENEGAL, AND ITALY. SHE IS THRILLED TO BE BACK IN THE MINNESOTA YOGA COMMUNITY AND IS READY TO SHARE INTUITIVE AND FUN CLASSES WITH HER STUDENTS. WHEN NOT CLIMBING OR WITH HER NOSE IN A BOOK, EMILY ROSE LOVES GOING TO COFFEE SHOPS AND DOING THEATRE AROUND THE TWIN CITIES. Paige is a bodyworker and bioregional herbalist. She is currently a massage therapist apprentice at Spot Spas in Minneapolis, as completes her training at Centerpoint Massage and Shiatsu Therapy School with an Associate in Applied Science in East-West Therapeutic Bodywork. Paige integrates both Western and Eastern philosophies into her sessions with in training in Shiatsu, Thai Yoga Bodywork, Swedish, and Therapeutic massage. At the core of her practice, she believes energy and emotions play a significant roll in our health and vitality. After years spent on each coast, Paige is deeply inspired by the Upper Midwest bioregions modeling great diversity and resiliency, and weaves this earth-centered model in all of her treatments.
