Daily Yoga Classes

Sacred Space offers daily Yoga classes to help move, soothe, and strengthen your physical body. Many say that yoga is the gateway to meditation as it helps to prepare the physical body for periods of physical stillness required by a meditation practice. Beyond priming your body to work on slowing your mind, Yoga has a plethora of benefits that enhance your experience as a human (increased flexibility, reduced stress, increased balance and strength to name a few).
