"In-Depth Asana Practice"

With a different focal point every month, get ready to dive deep into the subtlety of your yoga practice. Each class will open with a brief anatomy lecture, gradually build into a steady vinyasa flow, and finish with a seated meditation. All levels are welcome, but some yoga experience is encouraged.
