Meet your guide: 

Nicole Hendrickson is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance and Yoga Calm. Nicole has been teaching in for 20 years. Many of these years have been spent teaching adult learners in emergency medicine. As a recent graduate of Devandi, she hopes to take her experience and create the best environment in every class. 

Nicole has experience in Acuenergetics and craniosacral therapy. She is excited to put her experience in healthcare and education towards helping others find their optimal health inside and out. Nicole believes we all have the ability to learn to heal ourselves through our mind body connection.  

Nicole also have a passion for teaching children, she has experience teaching high school children in and out of school setting. I look forward to educating children through movement and mindfulness. She has experienced using the Yoga Calm methods in her own family with her children helps them find their rhythm that is often interrupted in today's world.  
As a certified cpr and first aid instructor, Nicole is able to customize safety plans for families, small businesses, and neighborhoods.

What to expect: 

Join us for two Tuesday evenings in June as Meghan and Paige guide you through a Root to Crown Meditation with an offering of Thai Bodywork! Relax and restore during these 60 minute sessions as Meghan guides you into a restful meditation focused on the chakras and Paige provides optional Thai bodywork incorporating the energy found along the sen lines to help deepen your experience. The first of these offerings is Tuesday June 11 and will target the lower three chakras: root, sacral and solar plexus. The second offering is Tuesday June 25 and will complete the chakras with the heart, throat, third eye and crown.  

Meet your guides: 

Meghan is a RYT-200 yoga instructor with a focus on Hatha and meditation. She first discovered yoga through soccer as a way to cross-train and has been working on her personal practice for eight years. In 2019 she graduated from Green Lotus Yoga + Healing Center’s teacher training with her 200-hour certificate. Her classes strive to incorporate the self-reflective aspects of yoga such as meditation and cultivating a feeling of connection.

Paige Haber is a bodyworker and a bioregional herbalist. With training in both Eastern and Western modalities, Paige strongly believes in the importance of energy flow and emotions in our health and vitality. After years spent on both coasts of the United States, she is deeply inspired by the Upper Midwest bioregions modeling great diversity, importance of community, and resiliency.

We know that quieting our minds is a salve for what ails us. Finding words for what lurks at the corners of our minds is proven to cleanse and release. Combine the power of meditation and journaling in this 60 minute session. SRB will lead a guided meditation to create space and stillness then provide a simple freewriting journaling exercise to allow you to give voice to what wants to be released.

Sarah Ratermann Beahan believes in the inner transformation the act of creating ignites. This connection between creativity, introspection and illumination has been central to her personal writing practice as well as her teaching. She holds an MFA in fiction writing from Goddard College, a MS in rural sociology from the University of Missouri-Columbia. She is the co-founder of Kaerus ArtSpace in St. Paul where she facilitates writing and creativity workshops and one-on-one coaching.
