Chakra Yoga (60min)

What to expect: 

Each class will focus on one of the lower 3 chakras (root, pelvic, and navel). These practices will help us relate to our inherent sense of stability, strength, and confidence. We will connect to our primal need to feel rooted, creative, sensual, and embodied in our power.

Meet your guide: 

Lucy is a Minneapolis based artist and art educator. She is the founder of There There, a collective of women artists that work to support one another through creative collaboration. She loves to practice yoga and meditation daily- and uses the tools of her practice to ground, center, and increase creative intuition!
