Sunrise Gentle Flow Yoga (60min)

What to expect: 

Students work to connect breath to movement to awaken and open for the day ahead. Postures will focus on releasing tension in the body, mind and soul. We'll work together in the playfulness of connecting in to our bodies subtle messages. Each class will offer a breathing practice and other yoga tools to take off the mat and into the students everyday life.

Meet your guide: 

Madeline Summers began practicing yoga as a teenager. She finds, within the yogic traditions, a pathway to never ending learning and blossoming in community with others. She is fascinated by how the work we do on our yoga mats can influence our lives outside the studio. Her journey has led her to pursue certifications in Vinyasa, Trauma Informed Yoga, Yin and Restorative. Outside of her yoga practice she walks dogs in South Minneapolis and manages volunteers in a community kitchen.
