Let go of the happenings of the week through gentle mindful movement mixed with plenty of time for guided meditation to close. Leave this class feeling like a super chill blank slate, ready to take on the weekend!

Meet your guide: 

Mikky Daub is known for her inclusive teaching style, loving hands-on adjustments, incorporating breathwork, and extended savasana meditations. She considers herself a lifelong learner and strives to honor the roots of yoga while creating a welcoming and inspiring experience for all students. She also enjoys weaving her love of mantra, philosophy, self-study, and dharma talks into her classes. Mikky has been practicing yoga since 2006 and studied under the Swami Rama Himalayan Lineage at Radiant Life Yoga in Minneapolis.
