A bit about Bre:
Bre holds a 200hr yoga certification and is also Reiki II attuned. She shares and practices Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga, Tarot, Sound Healing and Reiki. Bre incorporates Breath Awareness and Meditation to her classes to further connect to our true divine essence within. She has been practicing yoga and energy work for many moons and hopes to help other souls connect to their own divine essence through ancient practices and divine wisdom.
When Courtney walked into her first Kundalini Yoga class, she felt like she’d arrived home. This style of yoga uses movement, breath, mudra, mantra and meditation to tap into our deepest awareness. Through a regular practice of Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan®, Courtney has experienced profound healing, mindfulness and self-awareness. She is passionate about sharing the numerous benefits of this “Yoga of Awareness” with others. She delivers her classes in a loving, straightforward fashion and encourages students to go within to find their own inner “guru”. Using the tools of Kundalini Yoga, limiting beliefs are replaced with empowering truths and strengthened confidence. Students are able to release thoughts and emotions that are not serving their highest interest. “I love to see the incredible shifts that people make during class. This is the time we take for ourselves to really listen to our soul.
Kelly, is a 200 hour certified yoga teacher from Minneapolis, who curates unique and special yoga experiences. Kelly combines her background in Hatha, Yin, Restorative and Tantric practices to create a class that is not only invigorating but also relaxing and calming. She focuses on breath and body coordination to help release the tension and connect to your higher wisdom.

A bit about Liza:
i’ve been traveling in and out of the healing realms for as long as i can remember. writing, meditation, and energy work have been instinctual since some of my earliest memories. in every offering, i bring the experience of this ever-breathing journey.
Madeline Summers began practicing yoga as a teenager. She finds, within the yogic traditions, a pathway to never ending learning and blossoming in community with others. She is fascinated by how the work we do on our yoga mats can influence our lives outside the studio. Her journey has led her to pursue certifications in Vinyasa, Trauma Informed Yoga, Yin and Restorative. Outside of her yoga practice she manages volunteers in a community kitchen.
Melissa has been practicing yoga since the mid 1990s for fitness. Later in life she was drawn to the inward practices to help through the death of her father and other major life transitions. Through Yoga she found healing for herself and was called to share the healing of Yoga with others. She decided to study the subtle aspects of Yoga, studing Reiki with Tanya Boigenzen/Devanadi Yoga in 2015, obtaining her Reiki Master in 2016. She has deepened her study in Energy Medicine studying with Tim McConville in Healing touch level 1 and 2. She obtained her 200 RYT in 2016 from Devanadi Yoga and has taken further study in Yin Yoga with Michelle Pietrzak-Wegner, Restorative Yoga with Chanti Taconte-Perez and Yoga Nidra with Indu Arora. She also had obtained her RYT500 hour Yoga Certification though Devanadi wellness and plans to be a lifelong student in the Himilayan Tradition.

A bit about nathaniel:
nathaniel took his name after praying & building fires alone in the woods. A Black weirdo who has an East Coast heart and a sassy face; he comes from a lineage of women who are energy workers and would never call themselves that although he has seen them change a room of people and the rain. nathaniel never wanted to teach yoga, or learn reiki, or be a doula but kept telling Spirit to work it’s way through him. So, in alignment with what he asked for, he brattily tries hard to follow the path put in front of him and love it every day. nathaniel observes silence most Mondays, spells his name lower case, listens to music loudly, and giggles at inappropriate moments. He questions capitalism but loves new sneakers. And truth be told, when he asks how your day is, he genuinely wants to know.
Nicole Hendrickson is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance and Yoga Calm. Nicole has been teaching in for 20 years. Many of these years have been spent teaching adult learners in emergency medicine. As a recent graduate of Devandi, she hopes to take her experience and create the SPACE that everyone needs in yoga. Nicole has experience in Acuenergetics and craniosacral therapy. She is excited to put her experience in health care and education towards helping others find their optimal health inside and out. Nicole believes that everyone has the ability to learn to heal ourselves by taping in to the mind body connection. Nicole also has a passion for teaching children, she has experience teaching high school children in and out of school setting. I look forward to educating children through movement and mindfulness. She has experienced using the Yoga Calm methods in her own family with her children helps them find their rhythm that is often interrupted in today's world. Current trainings include- Trauma informed yoga training, posture clinic with Judith lasater, Yin yoga As a certified CPR and first aid instructor, Nicole is able to customize safety plans for families, small businesses, and neighborhoods.
