* Break-It-Down Yoga *

Class begins with guided meditation and breathing practice, followed by slow warm-up of the spine, and gently moving the joints, muscles, and connective tissues to create a calming effect on the nervous system. Sequences are chosen to meet the needs of the day and season. Some more advanced poses will be practiced (arm balances, twists, etc.) with modifications always available. A restful sivasana closes class.

Dial in to the inter-workings of your bones, joints, and tissues. This class will sink into those intricate areas of your body you didn't even know where there. This class is designed to help fortify your Vinyasa practice by taking a close look at how your body moves. This class is a beautiful compliment to any curious yogi's practice. Some experience is recommended but not required.

IN YOGA NIDRA THE PRACTITIONER REMAINS IN A STATE OF LIGHT WITHDRAWAL OF THE 5 SENSES (PRATYAHARA) WITH FOUR OF HIS OR HER SENSES INTERNALIZED, THAT IS, WITHDRAWN, AND ONLY THE HEARING STILL CONNECTS TO THE INSTRUCTIONS.
