We are so excited to be collaborating with Paige Haber of Spot Spa to help carve out a little bit of self-care time during your day.
No registration or anything clunky like that...just stop in between 12:30-1:30p, find a cozy spot in the studio to meditate for a bit (headphones, books, journals and crystals are totally welcome), stay as long (or little) as you like. You will receive a mini hands-on, feel-good Thai session to help re-boot your being to flow through the rest of the day!.

The Womb Wisdom Meditations (female identified people only) will be held on a monthly basis. Each class will focus on methods and meditations to tap into our powerful female lineages. Each class will also spend time gently undoing any messages that have long been held which are outdated and untrue. Come practice tapping into our womb wisdom and return to the world more grounded in your personal truth. WOMXN ONLY.

In this session you will learn:

what Reiki is and where it comes from
different Reiki hand postures for your self practice.

Explore 75 minutes of restorative yoga through each of the 5 vayus: Prana, Samana, Vyana, Udana and Apana. Vayu translates literally to "winds or currents" of the body. These five vayus or "currents," govern different areas of the body, as well as, different physical and subtle activities. Each week we will focus on one vayu and pair it with breath, ritual, restorative postures, mudras and guided nidra. Get ready to dive deep and find the pure bliss of effortlessness.
SUNDAY JULY 28th | 12-2pm
Combining the flowing, connected movements and breathing of a vinyasa, with the values and goals work that Emily Rose thrives with, we will embody our vision for our lives and write down our intentions and dreams. In this sacred space we will channel our highest selves and let go of ego-driven goals/resolutions and access your real desire for change and evolution. Incorporating journaling and meditation into your practice will give you the opportunity to start slow and thoughtfully, and together we can make 2019 even better for ourselves and our community.
Meet your guide, Emily Rose Duea:
After stepping onto the mat in 2004, Emily Rose has been no stranger to the mentally, physically, and spiritually healing powers of yoga. Emily Rose has shared her love of teaching yoga internationally in China, France, Senegal, and Italy. She is thrilled to be back in the Minnesota Yoga community and is ready to share intuitive and fun classes with her students. When not climbing or with her nose in a book, Emily Rose loves going to coffee shops and doing theatre around the twin cities. Emily Rose is so thankful to all of her teachers from Power Yoga (1 and 2), Yin Yoga (1 and 2), Yoga Sculpt, Chair Yoga, Kid's Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Thai Yoga Bodywork Teacher Trainings and every student she meets who encourages her to keep learning.
