Gentle Flow

60 Minutes | Beginner & Prenatal-friendly

Take time to reconnect to your body. With somatic and restorative postures intertwined, this class is all about letting go. Connect to your breath, invite yourself to slow down and sink a little deeper into each pose. Leave this class feeling calm and connected to self.

Vinyasa I (Beginner's Flow)

60 Minutes | Some experience recommended

Find your flow. Combining each breath with movement, you will be sure to build some heat on your mat. In this class you will experience a variety of Sun Salutations, balancing postures, core-work, and an introduction to more advanced postures. Leave this class feeling energized and strong.

Vinyasa II (Advanced Flow)

60 Minutes | Experience Strongly Recommended

Deepen your flow with a warming practice to test your strength and detoxify your being. Combining each breath with movement, you will move dynamically through postures, working to refine your fluid flow and transition from pose-to-pose with ease. Leave this class feeling cleansed and empowered.

SoulSpa

45 Minutes | Beginner & Prenatal-friendly

 

45 min | All-Levels Welcome SoulSpa is a class designed to recharge your entire being. Sessions run 45 minutes to fit comfortably into your lunch hour, and end with an open-ended savasana so you can stay as long or as little as you would like. Classes are taught to serve ALL-LEVELS, but please wear comfortable clothes that you can move in. Classes are an infusion of guided meditation, sound healing, and gentle yoga styles (yin, soma + restorative). You won't break a sweat in this class, but you will leave feeling softer and more centered to finish off your day with energetic ease!

Calm Candlelight

60 Minutes | Beginner & Prenatal-friendly

An end of the day unwind. Using somatic, yin, and restorative postures; take this time on your mat to truly relax and let go. This is your time to set yourself up for a beautiful night’s sleep. You’ll leave this class feeling relaxed and rested.

Bhakti Soundbath

45 minutes | All-levels + Beliefs Welcome

Sundays in many cultures are considered the day of sacred significance and as a day of calm that is necessary to reset and give thanks. Bhakti is sanskrit for “devotion”. Bhakti Soundbaths are a weekly class offering designed for quiet meditation and gratitude-practice to help reset your entire being and connect to source before the beginning of your week. You’ll leave this class feeling cleansed, charged, and connected.

YinYasa

60 minutes | Beginner + Prenatal-friendly

A soft, yet invigorating way to begin your weekend. This class blends two traditional styles of yoga to create a balancing class that is fitting for any experience level. The class will be punctuated with slow, restorative yin postures to help the body let go and release, and will culminate in a modified vinyasa flow, linking soft movement with breath. You’ll leave this class feeling effortlessly at ease.

Yin + Soundbath

75 Minutes | Beginner & Prenatal-friendly

This class will ease your body into blissful stillness through a full 60 minute series of restorative Yin postures and will close with an extended 15 minute savasana with soundbath. You will leave this class feeling ready for a beautiful nights sleep.
