Gentle Flow 

60 Minutes | Beginner & Prenatal-friendly

Take time to reconnect to your body. With somatic and restorative postures intertwined, this class is all about letting go. Connect to your breath, invite yourself to slow down and sink a little deeper into each pose. Leave this class feeling calm and connected.

Vinyasa I (Beginner's Flow)

60 Minutes | All Levels Welcome

Find your flow. Combining each breath with movement, you will be sure to build some heat on your mat. In this class you will experience a variety of Sun Salutations, balancing postures, core-work, and an introduction to more advanced postures. Leave this class feeling energized  Empowered.

Warm Glow Flow (Intermediate Flow)

60 Minutes | Experience Recommended

Heat up your morning with this warming vinyasa practice. Combining each breath with movement, you will move dynamically through postures, working to refine your fluid flow and transition from pose-to-pose with ease. Class is taught in a warm room to help relax muscles and soothe tension. Leave this class feeling detoxified, softened and strong.

Break-It-Down Yoga  (Intermediate Study)

60 Minutes | Experience Recommended

Class begins with guided meditation and breathing practice, followed by slow warm-up of the spine, and gently moving the joints, muscles, and connective tissues to create a calming effect on the nervous system. Sequences are chosen to meet the needs of the day and season. Some more advanced poses will be practiced (arm balances, twists, etc.) with modifications always available. A restful sivasana closes class. Leave this class feeling grounded and connected.

Recovery Yoga

60 Minutes | No experience necessary

Recovery Yoga is a trauma informed class open to all. Karin will guide the practice from her own heartfelt experience of recovery from alcoholism and heroin addiction. Class explores traditional yoga practices through the powerful lens of recovery. According to yoga philosophy, we are all born to suffering and we are all capable of waking up. Humanity tends to a conflicted mind, a troubled or yearning heart, and a sense of being at war with our own bodies. Explore courage, wisdom, and serenity on the mat so you can embody it off of the mat. No experience required. Leave this class feeling connected and centered.

REIKI IS A JAPANESE FORM OF ENERGY WORK THAT CONNECTS WHAT YOU VIEW AS YOUR HIGHER POWER ("REI") WITH YOUR OWN LIFE FORCE ENERGY ("KI" OR "CHI"). JOIN REIKI MASTER ASHLEY CARLSON FOR 45 MINUTES OF GUIDED BREATHWORK, MEDITATION, AND REIKI HEALING. THIS TIME IN THE STUDIO IS MEANT TO GIVE YOU A MOMENT TO TUNE INWARD, RELAX, AND ALLOW YOUR OWN PERSONAL HEALING TO OCCUR. Leave this class feeling revived and realigned.

Community Soundbath

45 minutes | Beginner & Prenatal-friendly

Community Soundbaths are a weekly class offering designed for quiet meditation and gratitude-practice to help reset your entire being and connect to source before the beginning of your week. Class is done in a comfortable resting position (savasana or seated meditation). We begin with a guided visualization to help quiet the mind, and move into a hypnotic soundscape created by the 7 quartz crystal singing bowls. leave this class feeling cleansed and charged.

A soft, yet invigorating way to begin your weekend. This class blends two traditional styles of yoga to create a balancing class that is fitting for any experience level. The class will be punctuated with slow, restorative yin postures to help the body let go and release, and will culminate in a modified vinyasa flow, linking soft movement with breath. leave this class feeling Awake and at ease.

Did you know you have a body?! Some days knowing even that much is a big win. This beginners class, adds modifications for more advanced practitioners, and combines deep breath with movement. Together we will build heat, build laughter, and build community without talking (if you don't wanna).
